Bromaxxx

Bromaxxx is a cosmetic neuromodulator treatment designed to improve the appearance of the penis while flaccid. Botox® (or another neuromodulator such as Dysport®) is injected into muscles that can pull the penis inward. By relaxing these muscles, the penis may appear longer and hang lower when not erect.

What are the benefits?

Bromaxxx does not directly increase erect size, but it may:

  • Improve the flaccid hang of the penis
  • Reduce retraction or “turtling” to alleviate discomfort
  • Create a more relaxed appearance

What is the procedure like?
Bromaxxx is performed in-office and usually takes about 10 minutes.

  • Patients can usually return to most normal activities the same day

Results typically begin appear within several days with full results showing at 1–2 weeks. Results maylast 3–6 months.
